The Group General Management Committee has five members, all of whom are group executives. It now includes the Chairman, the CEO, the two deputy CEOs and the Group CEO for Tourism. The committee meets once a week to examine strategic and operating subjects at the Group and in particular the execution of the transformation plan. The committee also aims to anticipate future changes in the Group’s businesses and ways of adapting the strategy.
