We act for
a positiv impact tourism

Our CSR strategy is at the heart of our Reinvention transformation and is part of the Group’s purpose.

It translates into the following ambition: to act for positive impact tourism.

Positive impact tourism is tourism that creates value, that benefits the regions and contributes to their vitality, that contributes to the ecological transition of the sector and that engages our employees as well as our customers.

Since 2023, we have made a commitment to SBTi to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 in line with the Paris Agreement.

Act for a positiv impact tourism

This is based on 3 commitments that nourish the customer experience and encourage them to become actors of this sustainable tourism.
