The European leader in local tourism is continuing its transformation and development strategy in the mountains and on the coast, in France and in Europe, with a target of 2,000 new accommodation units by the end of 2025, mainly through franchise, management and lease agreements.<\/div>\n

This summer, Pierre & Vacances has signed 4 new agreements under its “Pierre & Vacances” and “Pierre & Vacances premium” ranges in franchise and management contracts. The brand thus intends to enrich its portfolio of new holiday destinations, with comfortable accommodation, exceptional locations and breathtaking views, the brand’s true DNA.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Gr\u00e9gory Sion, CEO of Pierre & Vacances, and Julien Renaud-Perret, Development Director for the entire Group, have clearly stated their ambitions: to reach 2,000 new homes under franchise, management or lease by 2025. In addition to its presence in France and Spain, where it is continuing to develop, Pierre & Vacances wishes to extend its brand to Switzerland, Italy and Portugal.<\/strong><\/div>\n

To achieve this objective, Pierre & Vacances has strengthened its development teams to meet with investors, real estate companies and developers who wish to invest in rental accommodation.<\/strong><\/div>\n

With the signature of 3 new franchise agreements<\/strong>, Pierre & Vacances is adding new destinations to its offer: 2 new 4-star residences<\/strong> under the “Pierre & Vacances premium” range, one located in Saint-Cyprien<\/strong>, in the Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Orientales, the second in Porto-Vecchio<\/strong> in Corsica; and a fully renovated 3-star residence on \u00cele-aux-Moines <\/strong>in Morbihan, under the “Pierre & Vacances” range, which is the only tourist residence on the island.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the brand has entered into a lease agreement<\/strong> for the operation of a residence in Les Sables d’Olonne<\/strong> consisting of new single-family homes with private swimming pools<\/strong>, under the “Pierre & Vacances premium” range.<\/div>\n
