He occupied various Finance and Operations positions before becoming Director of Hotel Operations for seven hotels. In 2005, he joined Compagnie des Alpes as Operations Director, reorganising the Group\u2019s leisure resorts division. He joined the Executive Committee in 2009 as Vice-President of Operations. In 2013, he moved to the United Arab Emirates to become Vice President of Operations for the Farah Experiences LLC group and then CEO in March 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As CEO, Olivier Gara\u00efalde will represent Center Parcs within the Group\u2019s General Management. More specifically, he will pilot the acceleration in Center Parcs\u2019 transformation, with a particular focus on international development, evolving the business model, digitalisation and enhancing the offer.
