It thus contributes to the Group&#8217;s operational performance, while taking into account social and environmental aspects with all our external partners. The Group&#8217;s cross-functional Procurement Department handles purchasing for our 4 brands: Pierre &amp; Vacances, Center Parcs, maeva and Adagio, for all our sites in Europe, and works closely with all employees involved in the purchasing and supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>Our teams are organized around <strong>3 thematic purchasing divisions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Construction, Renovation and Maintenance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Operations<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support Functions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To refine our expertise, we have <strong>a methods and tools unit<\/strong> and <strong>a dedicated Sustainable Procurement manager<\/strong> working on identifying best practices.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-1024x515.png\" alt=\"Chiffres cl\u00e9s MAJ janv2025 EN\" class=\"wp-image-26169\" style=\"width:569px;height:286px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-1024x515.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-768x386.png 768w, https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-1536x772.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/app\/uploads\/2026\/01\/procurement-chiffres-cles-maj_janv2025-en-2048x1029.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"detail-cms\" id=\"\">\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"wrapper__inside\">\r\n                <h1>Engaging our partners and suppliers<\/h1>\n<p>The Group develops sustainable and balanced relationships with its partners to improve the impact of its purchasing from a social and environmental point of view.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2012, the Group signed the &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.eu-west-3.amazonaws.com\/images.cna-asso.fr\/cna\/Charte-Label\/charte+RFAR+anglaise.pdf\">Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; Charter, committing us to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure a responsible financial relationship,<\/li>\n<li>Be respectful and encourage collaborative development,<\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage situations of mutual dependence.<\/li>\n<li>Involve signatory organizations in their supply chain,<\/li>\n<li>Appreciate all life-cycle costs and impacts,<\/li>\n<li>Integrate environmental and social responsibility issues,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the territorial responsibility of its organization,<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the professionalism and ethics of the purchasing function,<\/li>\n<li>A Procurement function responsible for overall management of supplier relations,<\/li>\n<li>Offer a &#8220;Supplier relations&#8221; mediator function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PVCP&#8217;s Responsible Procurement indicators are published in the annual Extra-Financial Performance Statement (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.groupepvcp.com\/en\/commitment\/positive-impact-tourism\/#resources\">available here<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Catering and animal welfare<\/h1>\n<p>Through its choice of catering partners, the Group ensures compliance with animal welfare regulations. It is committed to continuous improvement in order to strengthen animal welfare practices alongside its partners.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fundamental principle in our practices and a key criterion in the choice of our partners.<\/p>\n<p>This requirement translates into constant vigilance and strict compliance with laws and regulations, just as we do for the poultry and egg sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the Group and its partners are committed to developing the ECC (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/welfarecommitments.com\/letters\/europe\/uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Chicken Commitment<\/a>)<\/strong> poultry ranges by 2026. This policy is already in place at our sites in the Netherlands. In France, the Group will go even further and ensure that at least 20% of its chicken meat comes from farms that guarantee access to the open air or a winter garden.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Group and its partners have stopped using eggs and egg products from caged hens at all its sites, in all the countries where the Group operates, and are now using only eggs and egg products from free-range or free-range farms.<\/p>\n<p>37% of the Group&#8217;s sites comply with the animal welfare criteria for broiler chickens and 100% are committed to meeting them by 2026;<\/p>\n<p>84% of the Group&#8217;s sites have already stopped sourcing eggs and egg products from caged hens;<\/p>\n<p>100% of the Group&#8217;s sites have signed a responsible catering charter with their partner.<\/p>\n<p>As for its pork sourcing policy, the Group relies on partners and suppliers who are contractually committed to respecting current laws and regulations on animal welfare, in all the countries where they operate. This includes compliance with the decree of 16 January 2003 and the Farm Animal Welfare Committee (FAWC).<\/p>\n<p>The Group also pays particular attention to the origin of its food products. For example, 95%* of the pork used at our French sites comes from French producers, guaranteeing local production and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.<\/p>\n<p>The Group is fully prepared to work with all those involved in the industry to constantly improve practices and support the necessary changes. This willingness to work together will strengthen our collective commitment to responsible and ethical sourcing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>*Subject to the availability of the supply chain.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Build and maintain balanced relationships with our partners and suppliers<\/h1>\n<p>As part of our relations with our supplier partners, the Group has formalized several important documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Code of Conduct<\/strong> sets out PVCP&#8217;s expectations of its suppliers in terms of ethical, social, professional and environmental practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The General Purchasing Conditions<\/strong> (GPC) provide a framework for commercial relations in cases where no contract has been drawn up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Supplier Invoice Charter<\/strong> aims to guarantee optimized invoice processing and payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To ensure transparency, the Group requires its suppliers to sign the Code of Conduct and answer questions about their CSR and compliance via the e-Attestations platform.<\/p>\n<p>All suppliers have the right to contact the <strong><a href=\"mailto:mediateur@groupepvcp.com\">Group&#8217;s internal mediator<\/a><\/strong> in the event of non-compliant practices or conflict with one of its representatives ( Procurement or Business
