The European leader in local tourism is continuing its transformation and development strategy in the mountains and on the coast, in France and in Europe, with a target of 2,000 new accommodation units by the end of 2025, mainly through franchise, management and lease agreements.

This summer, Pierre & Vacances has signed 4 new agreements under its “Pierre & Vacances” and “Pierre & Vacances premium” ranges in franchise and management contracts. The brand thus intends to enrich its portfolio of new holiday destinations, with comfortable accommodation, exceptional locations and breathtaking views, the brand’s true DNA.

Grégory Sion, CEO of Pierre & Vacances, and Julien Renaud-Perret, Development Director for the entire Group, have clearly stated their ambitions: to reach 2,000 new homes under franchise, management or lease by 2025. In addition to its presence in France and Spain, where it is continuing to develop, Pierre & Vacances wishes to extend its brand to Switzerland, Italy and Portugal.

To achieve this objective, Pierre & Vacances has strengthened its development teams to meet with investors, real estate companies and developers who wish to invest in rental accommodation.

For Grégory Sion: “The summer demonstrated the resilience of our model. Our brand awareness and commercial strength have enabled us to reach record occupancy levels in all our holiday destinations. Rental accommodation is a new opportunity for investors and Pierre & Vacances is an excellent partner to exploit and enhance their future investments at the sea or in the mountains”.

With the signature of 3 new franchise agreements, Pierre & Vacances is adding new destinations to its offer: 2 new 4-star residences under the “Pierre & Vacances premium” range, one located in Saint-Cyprien, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, the second in Porto-Vecchio in Corsica; and a fully renovated 3-star residence on Île-aux-Moines in Morbihan, under the “Pierre & Vacances” range, which is the only tourist residence on the island.

At the same time, the brand has entered into a lease agreement for the operation of a residence in Les Sables d’Olonne consisting of new single-family homes with private swimming pools, under the “Pierre & Vacances premium” range.

“These new contracts are a concrete expression of our desire to raise the profile of the brand through the deployment of new, more efficient and more dynamic modes of collaboration. We have achieved very high booking and satisfaction rates this summer on our new residences. Our new partners are delighted with the partnership with Pierre & Vacances. This success confirms our ambitions and opens up a large number of development opportunities with owners, operators, institutional investors and developers throughout Europe,” says Julien Renaud-Perret.
Pierre & Vacances allows its partners to benefit from numerous advantages:
– the reputation of its brand,
– a unique distribution strength that maximises income per accommodation,
– a recognised know-how as an operator with more than 150 residences,
50 years of experience in opening residences and destinations

Pierre & Vacances welcomes more than 2 million holidaymakers every year in over 150 residences and more than 12,300 accommodations in France and Europe.
